The National Company for Recovery and Valorization (SNRV Spa), formerly the National Recovery Company (ENR), is a Public Economic Enterprise operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry and a subsidiary of the SNS Group (formerly IMETAL).
As a national leader, SNRV stands as Algeria’s leading company in waste recovery, treatment, and valorization. Established in 1966, it has become a key partner for major national industries (steel, metallurgy, energy, hydrocarbons, cement, etc.) and a pillar of sustainable development and the circular economy in Algeria.
Rooted in the government’s vision for ecological transition and industrial sovereignty, SNRV is committed to preserving natural resources, reducing imports of raw materials, and transforming industrial waste into valuable secondary resources for national production.
With more than 50 years of expertise, the company operates through 8 strategically located industrial units across the country and employs over 1,000 qualified professionals.
SNRV holds all official authorizations for the collection, transport, and operation of special and hazardous waste (SW & HW), in full compliance with national environmental regulations.

SNRV ensures the collection and recovery of ferrous, non-ferrous, industrial, special, and hazardous waste throughout the national territory
